Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree in Business/Management/Marketing or any related field with at least 3 years of experience in the field sales management area at the ASM or Sr. Spv level
- Experience in sales forces development planning and techniques in FMCG industry
- Understand marketplace dynamics including: consumer healthcare customer baseA self-driven and highly motivated person with the initiative and want to learn the desired traits
- Has the ability to make formal presentations to all levels of the organization, customers and peers
- Good communication and team work, target oriented
